UPDATE:
Our Registration to new (*Family Medicine) patients is CLOSED for the moment. True, we have physicians accepting patients, but we are currently attaching patients from the Locum-Run Panel first.

(We are still accepting new Prenatal patients and families, though)

Welcome to
Mountain Maternity and Family Medicine

…and
Canmore Collaborative Health

Our two clinics (Mountain Maternity and Family Medicine & Canmore Collaborative Health) are located on Treaty 7 Territory. This land has been stewarded by the Stoney Nakoda Nations of Wesley, Chiniki & Bearspaw; the Blackfoot Confederacy of the Piikani, Kainai, & Siksika; and the Tsuut'ina of the Dene people, as well as the Ktunaxa, Secwépemc, Dene, Mountain Cree, and Métis for many centuries. We acknowledge and respect this deep and long-standing relationship to the land on which we currently live, work and play.

Why is this important?

Our Family, Caring For Yours

Excellence, Integrity, Compassion, Collaboration, and Respect are our core values. Our team is committed to providing comprehensive, compassionate, and evidence-based care to our patients.

We practice full-spectrum family medicine for all genders and ages. We would be happy to care for your entire family.

You can choose where to deliver your baby, regardless of geography, and we would be honoured to be a part of yours.

Our Clinic is Growing!

Second Clinic Location: As a result of our Family Physician recruiting efforts, Mountain Maternity and Family Medicine has outgrown its space and has expanded to include a second location!!

The new clinic is called Canmore Collaborative Health and will focus on primary care & family medicine. It is located downtown Canmore in the Royal LePage Building, close to Harvest Cafe and Switching Gear.

The same great staff and physicians, but just in a different space!!

New Family Physicians

New Physicians: We are proud to welcome Dr. Will Solyom, Dr. Kim Stausebach and Dr. Mitchell MacDougall to our clinic; unfortunately, we have closed registration for new patients at this time.

For those already registered with our clinic and Pomelo, please book your Meet and Greet appointment through Pomelo. Appointments become available on a regular basis, if nothing is showing, kindly keep checking back.

Locum-Run Care Model - Update

Patients of our Locum-Run Care Model will now be seen at Canmore Collaborative Health. Excitingly, we have 2 new physicians that will be joining our team in Early 2025, and they will be practicing from this new location. Therefore, it is our hope that we can attach as many of our Locum Patients as possible.

Unfortunately, in order to offer timely care to our Locum-Run paneled patients, we will be closing this panel to new registrations at this time. Given our recruiting successes, we hope to open it back up in the new year.

For more information about this Care Model:

Evening and Saturday Clinics

Our team is enthusiastic to serve our community in any way possible; as such, we have started opening up appointments outside our regular business hours. Upcoming dates that will accommodate evening or Saturday appointments are provided below. Please access Pomelo to book one of these appointments.

Seasonal Flu Clinics

Unfortunately we are no longer able to offer flu clinics. For our patients that are 5 years of age or older, you can get your flu shot at most pharmacies. For patients under the age of 5, appointments will need to be booked at Canmore, or your local, Public Health Office.
