If their panels are full, our Locum Physician team is still also accepting patients under the Locum-Run Care Model. All patients registered under this panel will be notified when we have additional physicians joining our team.

For New Patients interested in joining Locum-Run Care Model:

Our new Locum-Team Care Model will be provided by “Locum” physicians (these are fully trained, independently-practicing physicians; they are NOT trainees/leaners). While there is space, any Bow Valley resident who does not have a family doctor is welcome to join this care model. Click Here for more information about this model.
When booking your first appointment under this care model, you will be asked to complete a “New Patient Intake Form”; this will stay with your chart and will allow our locum physicians to know more about you in a short period of time.
